WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Please note that any positive balance you might have will be saved and available at the next session, so there is no need to withdraw after each session.

Although we always aim to expedite withdrawal as quickly as possible, please take note of the following factors that might influence the time frame in which your payment is processed.

Each withdrawal will remain pending for a minimum of 24 hours (“reverse withdrawal period”), allowing players the ability to reverse the withdrawal instead of having to make another deposit.  These can be reversed back into the casino account so that you can continue playing.  For your convenience, requested withdrawals initiated between 05h00 GMT on Thursday mornings, and 05h00 GMT Sunday morning will remain in your account available for reversal, until after 05h00 GMT Monday morning.
Simply click the REVERSE WITHDRAWAL TAB/BUTTON. Withdrawals will only be sent to our processing department once the reverse withdrawal period has elapsed.

We not only abide by the Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering, but for your protection we apply strict security measures to ensure that you are the rightful recipient of your funds.  In the case of a withdrawal being made for the first time, a large withdrawal or changes being made to payment options, we may take additional security measures to ensure that you are the rightful recipient of the funds. In these instances, copies of identification documents may be required before payment can be made. These measures are in place to protect your money and your privacy and may result in a slight delay. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please ensure that all details provided for your withdrawal as well as your account are correct.  The Casino will not be liable for any incorrect payments made as a result of incomplete, incorrect or fraudulent details.

Withdrawal options:

Where relevant, and as far as possible, your withdrawal will refunded to the purchase mechanism that was originally used.

Should you have made a previous VISA card or MasterCard deposit, your withdrawal request will automatically be refunded to the card details on record, providing VISA's or MasterCard's qualifying criteria are met. We are however unable to refund to cards issued in certain countries.

Should you have made deposits using a non-refundable VISA card or MasterCard, or any other non-refundable purchase mechanism, we will pay you via an alternative method. Please select your preferred payment method from the list, in the event that we experience difficulties processing your payment.

Withdrawals may reflect as a single payment or in increments, depending on the payment option and withdrawal rules/requirements.
